From raw material inspection to final packaging, our 8-stage manufacturing process ensures every voltage regulator and transformer meets the highest quality standards.
Procurement of silicon steel sheets, copper enameled wire, insulation materials, shell steel, and electronic components. Sample testing ensures all materials meet production standards for specifications and performance.


Silicon steel sheets are cut to specified dimensions and assembled into cores through stacking, riveting, or welding. Lamination factor is controlled to minimize hysteresis loss.
Primary and secondary windings are wound on winding machines using copper enameled wire according to product parameters. Turn count and tension are precisely controlled, followed by insulation wrapping.


Wound coils are assembled onto the core to complete the main body. Insulation pads are installed to ensure proper insulation clearance between windings and core, and between windings themselves.
Assembled units undergo vacuum varnish impregnation to ensure insulation varnish fully penetrates winding gaps. Units are then dried and cured in ovens to enhance insulation performance and mechanical strength.


Dried units are installed into shells. Terminals, cooling fans, and protection devices (overload protectors, temperature controllers) are mounted, and internal wiring is completed.
No-load tests, load tests, withstand voltage tests, and insulation resistance tests verify that voltage regulation rate, loss, temperature rise, and other indicators meet design requirements.


Qualified products are cleaned and labeled. Moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging is applied before warehousing for shipment, ensuring products arrive in perfect condition.
